Hi Noble Ox, I just followed the youtube vid on curryholic's Channel.
It's quite straightforward to follow along, the result is very good indeed, I used Jb's base sauce also.

Lol!! The exact same thing happened to me MA ordered fish and chips other night, it just didn't satisfy

I find that I crave spices/heat in my food more and more these days, standard English food tastes a little dull sometimes, apart from the Sunday morning hang-over fry up  ;)
The curry porn on here doesnt help either!! ;)

Thanks Garp, here is great little tip for anyone preecooking the onions,peppers,chilies! Chop small then 4 mins in the microwave ;D

Just watched the video ( and then many others  :o) looked great but not sure of the amount and types of powders etc that he used. Think I will just have to experiment.
