New to the forum and looking forward to contributing as well as trying out some of all your ideas.
1st quick question - has anyone ever used an old 70's style chicken brick with any success in curry making - I've got one lurking and wonder if it can be used in anyway ?

Just another version of the romertopf

which is what we had and it used to knock out a nice joint of brisket in its day.
