Just had time to knock up my Chilli Chicken Bhuna for work tomorrow, I shall be eating it with Pilau rice and Lime Pickle. ;D

Just checked it out MA it looks very close to the way I make, but there is some noted differences. I must try it and compare :D thanks for the link.

Many thanks SL, I like soak the onion for the garnish in water so the taste is not to overpowering of the dish. But provides a bite to the texture.

Yep de-frosting as we speak, mind you it is illegal not to eat curry, drink too much alcohol and laugh on a Friday in my house :)
