An open sandwich filled with saut?ed pineapple, melted cheese and caramelised sugar.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Serves: One to two
What you need:
? pineapple, cut into pieces
A pinch of pepper
2 cheese cubes (feta goes well with pineapple)
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar 2 slices of bread 1 tbsp butter
How to make:
Heat ? tbsp butter on a pan, before it turns slightly brown, throw in pineapple pieces and saut? for a while. Turn off heat when pineapple turns slightly soft. Take out in a bowl.
Spread pineapple on two slices of bread and grate cheese, sprinkle sugar, add salt and pepper, on each.
On the same pan, melt some more butter and keep the slices to toast. Cover the pan with a lid. When cheese melts and sugar caramelises, take out two open sandwiches on a plate and enjoy.
This is way off topic youngisthan. If you hadn't noticed this is a BIR curry forum (with a bit of Chinese thrown in).
Nice one SS
what nonsense! On the toast sandwich spread?? If not finely chopped spring onion and probably tomato..
The recipe is NOT all there at all.
best, Rich

Quite possibly, although there's a slim chance, going on a quick review of all youngisthan's handful of previous posts that he/she is a human rather than some kind of spam robot.
youngisthan - if you want to remain a member of this forum, you need to start making relevant posts, or no posts at all, if you prefer. Please respond to my request here, so we all know what you're about.
George, youngisthan is actually a web site.
