Hello everyone.
I'm Potawie and I love to grow hot peppers and make spicy meals. I'd really like to learn how to make a good curry and I think I've come to the right place. I'm from Ontario Canada, and the only time I ever see curry is at Indian restaurants and low-rental apartment buildings. The last time I tried curry was at least six years ago, and although its been a long time, I still remember and crave that taste. I love to grow as many ingredients as I can in my garden and greenhouse. I'm looking forward to reading threw the archives and trying to figure out where to start. I'm so glad I found such a great informative site.

Welcome aboard - get ready to commence your curry craving cruise . I suggest that you follow these links to begin with - enjoy the journey . Just as a point of interest , most of the BIR recipes here you will not find in the Indian restaurants in Canada - they still lean heavily toward the more traditional cuisine .
