Tesco had some mussels today so went for a wee moule dish :)

Moules is a real annoying dish for me. Always have to eat out for it.

Just can't get my good lady to like. Can understand - Took me long time to toughen up enough to try.

Any moules variant is so easy and quick to make - delicious.

I guess supermarket offerings may just have moved on a bit or at least the pic suggests so.
