Title: Chewytikka's Chicken Tikka Rezala
Post by: Naga on July 06, 2014, 09:17 PM
I've been meaning to make this Chicken Tikka Rezala (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,12249.msg98419.html#msg98419) dish - one of CT's now-famous Midnight Snacks - for almost a year, and I've only just got around to it.

But it was well worth the wait - I even used a bin-lid plate, just like CT! :)

I didn't have any Mr. Naga chilli pickle in the cupboard, but the curry didn't suffer from this omission at all - far from it. Coupled with mickdabass's chicken tikka, this curry was absolutely delicious.

Chewy's video recipe is half-way down the page here (http://vimeo.com/mikestyne/videos/page:1/sort:date). Have a go - you won't regret it.

Yet another winner from the Chewytikka stable!
