Couple of tasty looking treats there Rob. I'll have to have a go at a sagg dish one day, they always look lush.

Recommend the green cardo/mace combo for all meat dishes Gav.  From the Bangla Lounge in Birmingham to the Cinnamon Club in London.  Top notch.  Rough garam or/and fine powder. Transformed my lamb curry efforts, and they were pretty good to start with.

 My curry making has been delayed till tomorrow as it was my daughters graduation and we went out for a very large dinner after the ceremony and I am stuffed :)
