Hi all,
Just joined up & looking forward to trying some of the recipes & advice on here.  Admittedly I'll probably be looking more at the non-restaurant recipes - I'm married to a Gujarati lady who's led me away from what I class as normal Indian restaurants to what I believe are more traditional small shop style eating places.

I cooked the Rick Stein Potato & Pea curry last night.  Wife loved it & an Indian neighbour gave it a great compliment - said was just like eating his mums food.  Hopefully she can cook :)
