Ok SA I am sure someone will reply. I will reposting the UCB Bhuna now that I have unearthed some more 'secrets'.  One of my absolute favorites is Prawn Puri which is the same as your Bhuna I guess.  I always get the best value I think at our local Bir because it is huge and only costs the price of a starter.  We can both wait in anticipation 8)

Hey Chili my man ;D ;D I've managed to get this recipe for bhuna prawn {from Flyon.com } Looks Okay now for the puri's mmmmmmmmmmm.
4 fl.oz. vegetable oil or ghee

2 teaspoons garlic paste

2 teaspoons ginger paste

200g natural yoghurt

1 teaspoons cumin seeds

2 teaspoons coriander seeds

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

 1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon red chilli powder

1lbs of prawns

1 large onion (chopped in to chunks)

5 tomatoes (chopped)

fresh coriander (chopped)

 1
Heat the oil or ghee in a large pan and add the ginger paste and the garlic paste and cook. (about 1 minute). Reduce the heat and stir in the natural yoghurt. (about 3 minute)

 2
Add the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt stirring as you add these. (about 2 minutes). Add the prawns and cook over a low heat until the yoghurt has been absorbed. (about 15 minutes)

 3
Add the onion (chopped into 1" chunks) and cook. (about 5 minutes). Add the tomatoes and mix in well and cook (about 20 minutes).

 4
It is now ready to serve. Put a sprinkle of chopped fresh coriander on the top to garnish once served.
