Title: CBM's Chicken (Tikka) Masala Naga

Well its been a great week. Spent Tuesday with a good friend and had a good days curry fest. Spent this morning doing 2 batches of base in the soupmaker finally getting the call that the missus would at at her friends for the evening. So out with the Mr Naga which she hates, a quick 3 hour marinade  :( blades chicken tikka and I made  CBM's Chicken (Tikka) Masala Naga with plain basmati done in the 2 decade+ old Hitatchi rice cooker I have, couple of poppadoms and washed down with a couple of bottles of Ch

That's good going after having all that wine. Looks delicious Gav.

Looks deelish!! Love using plain rice occasionally to really taste the curry!!

Too true. Whilst I do enjoy pilau rice in its various types, I think I'm more than happy with plain boiled basmati and probably, it might edge in front of a pilau. I love the smell of it when its cooking.  :P

Don't be jealous, Garp.  I can assure you from six years' bitter experience that you will be five times as busy in your retirement as you ever were when you were working, and the only difference is that you will no longer be paid for anything that you do ...
