Straightforward curries (service onions, mix powder etc.).  Seasoned oil. With 3 tsp naga raja pickle early on.  No chilli powder. 2 tsp methi. pinch GM, jaggery, yoghurt.  Viceroy style pre-cooked chicken;  recipe/method for this adapted for beef (shin).
