Is it just me or is there an uncanny resemblance to Julian's Pakistani base gravy recipe here? Interesting.

There are so many variations of a curry base floating around the internet now I don't think anyone can claim any real plagiarism. I like the idea of not using any tomatoes though. I've tried using chicken in the base and it didn't do anything for me.
