Hi All.
I have some chicken and a boat load of fresh tomatoes. I am cooking for 3 people tomorrow and want a recipe to incorporate the toms. It cant be very spicy as i am cooking for the mrs and a friend and even though i love my curries laced with ghost chilli they cant eat them. Please help me with a recipe if any of you have one. (im aiming for a balti if possible?)

If you have no base sauce made, or are intending to make a base sauce, may I suggest you try Stephan Lyndsay's butter chicken recipe, but replace the tinned toms with equivalent weight of fresh toms
