Thank you, Garp.  And an equally Happy Birthday to any fellow curry fans who also celebrate their jour de naissance this splendid March 4th (including, but not restricted to,  Wickerman, I Love Indian, & Gazztop), and an even happier non-birthday to the remainder of you.  May your naan rise, your curries caramelise, and your rice never stick.

Beautifully iced, Les; you are clearly a maestro of more than just BIR, and indeed your dumplings look almost as good as those my wife used to make before she moved to Abu Dhabi !

Thank you, Bob -- still working (11 hours so far today) but about to leave for a short-mat bowls practice with a real match tomorrow (and lunch with friends tomorrow as well).
