I''m so pleased to have found this site. Been a curry user for more years than I remember and just can't kick it. I hope to move away from Madhur Jaffrey and find the holy grail with your help. Look forward to contributing when I have something worthwhile. Bill.

Hi Bill, I am pretty new too (2 weeks) I also am a curry user.  ;)
