I ordered an "extreme" hot sauce on the weekend and I was so disappointed, it made me laugh! It's a 3/10 on hot! Having said that it was pretty tasty and I do like the fruitiness and depth but its barely hot.
I had 2 heaped large tablespoons on my omelette and it barely tickled my tonsils - most disappointed! However I must admit it has a lovely flavour, fruity and Moorish.

haha, It's all subjective. I add chilli to nearly everything I eat, Even beans or tomatoes on toast and eat jars of Jalapeno's from Homebargains as snacks in between my meals yet others think I am mental :o
Keep on searching for that all ellusive "Hot sauce" in the meantime I like Nando's extra hot as a saled dressing....nom!

Although its not rocket fuel to some people, try some Mr Naga. its lovely.

I love Mr Naga! Makes beans on toast very special!!
A teaspoon in a curry really livens it up.
Wife hates it. It seems to be like marmite (not in taste).
:)

I tried to get it (Mr Naga) from Abduls in Tunstall the other day but they looked at me like I was a nutter. Will be going Pac foods later in the week to have a mooch around so hopefully I will get some from there.
Can't wait to try me some Mr Naga ;D

Its funny how Mr Naga seems hard to get for some people. I even sent a mate on an errand to Mullaco (site sponsor above) and they did'nt have it either. Chewy gave me another Naga pickle to try for which I can't remember the make (Pran ??) which I should have as it was a bit like getting your tongue branded.
I agree with Meggeth's post though, my wife hates it as it does have a distinctive flavour what ever you seem to put it in.

Hi Lou, I work in Tunstall! But live in Lightwood.
Paks in Shelton have loads of Mr Naga, and lots of other goodies you will want to try, if you haven't been yet.
-
Haha Meggeth, Small world eh? I will take a trip up there asap then , Cheers!

I love Mr Naga Pickle, especially love how is says "Ash" in the ingredients!
-
Nice :o all out on the quality ingredients then?
-
If you're a proper "chilli head" you won't find Mr Naga blows your socks off - it's all about the flavour, not the heat. But for the average Joe it's pretty hot. I love the stuff, but it does divide opinion.

I'm all for honesty, so can only commend their statement, but why did they not also list the phlegm ?!

I'm come into the category of dislike its not the heat its the flavour :( ( naga pickle )
I find they taste the same as Scottish bonnet chillies which I also cant stand
