This is my Ultimate Madras , the 2nd attempt with a couple of refinements to the 1st attempt

andy did your tweaks improve upon your first attempt?

Yes they did, heat level is spot on, still tweeks and tests to be done though, just to see what difference less or more make

That certainly looks the part, Andy.

Might be an idea to keep the Ultimate Madras journey in the one thread though  :)

Ahhh.......I see
