h any 1 got a good kofta (meatball) curry please ty all :-)

Just you any recipe that you like and use kofta instead of your usual meat. I do this if I have no other meat available and I need a quick curry fix.

You can use lamb or beef mince. The simplest way is to simply make balls out of your mince, but you could add a variety of different things ( onion, herbs, spices..). Just don't move them too much in the sauce or they will break up.
