 Heres last nights curry-

 Chicken Bhuna with fresh green chilli and Pilau Rice

Good start young man, I use Admins base, but use Abduls spice mix. About 2 Tbs, (or according to taste).
Works for me.

Brilliant curry, my favourite at the moment, I added 1 ts deggi mirch and 3 hot thin green chillis for some extra heat
