I'm really interested to know which types of chilis you guys use. Are they just the usual green finger chilis, bird's eye, or something special?
Also, can anyone recommend a good mail order source in the UK (one that delivers to Europe).
I use whatever my local shop is selling, they normally have a couple of different types, these can vary in strength enormously. I taste them and try to keep a couple of bags in the freezer. I only use green chillis fresh never red. Where are you located?

I'm in Finland. The local offering is a bit hit and miss (mostly miss), so I rely mostly on bulk purchases from abroad, which I freeze. Seems to work ok, but I'm looking for some chilis with some real flavour :)
