Midnight Snacking again

WagaNaga Chicken

A delicious spicy sauce with generous amounts of mixed peppers
Garlic (Pataks), chunky onion and Hot Naga chilli. (Mr.Naga)

Nice looking dish there CT.  Did you use your masala sauce in the recipe or is it just the Mr Naga that is providing the colour and look of the dish?

Spot on there CH, Yes, an ice cube worth of Red Masala, aka: My Jhal Mix
along with Kashmiri Chilli powder and Tomato Puree, gave this dish its Red Colour.

Quite a few layers of flavour in each mouthful. very tasty. ;)
