Title: Glaswegian in Canada

Hello everyone,
Moved to Canada 10 years ago and I have to fly home to get a good Curry.
Ironically I live in a town that is know for its large Indian community, but of course they make traditional curries.

Anyway, I hope you guys can help a curry fan out

Some of our "north of the border" curry chefs rate the BigBoaby1 base and recipes which you may fancy, as the author works in the Glasgow take away on which these are based.  Good luck and let us know how you get on.  Feel free to ask as many questions as you like.  Someone will always try and help out.

I've been in Canada for over 10 years now, and I know exactly what you mean!

I live in Brampton, Ontario, everyone knows it as Bramladesh or Bramistan.
There are plenty of curry shops, but all are traditional and non of the rich stuff we get at home
Me and my English mate who lives not far from me have been trying for years to get something close to a Korma like back home and have failed miserably every time, even with some "Secret restaurant recipes"
I'm hopeful with this website though, If anyone can point to a starter Korma I'd be very happy
