been following a guy on https://www.youtube.com/user/vongs510 (https://www.youtube.com/user/vongs510) who runs a take-away.

Bought his ebook from amazon and have to say its pretty good.

I subscribed months ago to his youtube channel - if you read some of the comments on some of his posts there are one or two discrepancies re the videos and the book
Over all i like the guy - I worked in a Chinese for a while

That's interesting guys. Have been thinking about trying a few Chinese recipes but there's only two or three l like.

Sweet and sour chicken Cantonese is what I usually have. If that's in it I'll buy it. Mrs G gets a garlic chicken sizzler which is nice too.

I guess if I could do the light batter and make a few rich/sweet/spicy sauces I'd be happy.

yep both types of sweet and sour are in the book.

The videos miss out a few ingredients as well, the book has the full list.
