Title: Midnight Snack version 3

Late night supper, fancied a heavy hit of fresh Garlic, Chilli, Saag, only had Tikka Chicken
left, would normally use plain Chicken or Beef with this, but Hey

everything looking great. apart from the yellow colouring in the rice (personal taste, of course)

Which rice brand/type do you use? It appears to be a long grain variety, am I right?

I use trade Basmati, Zoy Brand, No food colouring, just a little Biryani spice mix plus a touch of Tumeric
steamed with chunky Onion and Capsicum.
