Shop bought "MIX" powder
Couldn't resist buying a bag of this Mix Powder, Ibco brand, a forward thinking company.
I like the quality of Ibco products and at 2.49

Road Test - Ibco Mix Powder

Tried this last night, just made a Madras sauce and Paratha.
Very good stuff and quite a nice flavour.

A lot less Madras Curry powder and Haldi, to what I would normally mix
and judging by the reddish brown colur, may be heavy on the Paprika or such like.

Definitley a winner on quality/price if you can't be bothered to make you own

worth a punt ;)
cheers Chewy

Isn't a list of ingredients mandatory?

Not necessarily. If you look on a Patak's pickle jar it will have some ingredients mentioned and then 'spices'. I assume they are allowed to do this because the mix is proprietary and needs to be kept secret to protect their brand.
