Good looking curry nice one. I also use Chewys base with great results have to make a madras now you made me hungry.  ;D

I personally like sauce with my curries and there seems to be plenty on here. Love it - the naan looks OK havent had one in 10 years (supermarket) so i dont know what they are like now in the UK.
Over all i would be dipping in there

I'm now cooking curries I'm really happy with thanks to all the knowledge I have picked up here (and RCR), also, it must be said, the invaluable tips I learned from H4ppy-chris at his home (he's a lucky fella to have a mate like Sam the BIR chef)
