As its just over 5 weeks until Christmas starts (trust me I know about these things), what items with regards to cooking and other things would you like of Santa this year?
Here's my list up till now
A G3 Ferrarri Pizza oven (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ferrari-G10006-Delizia-Pizza-Oven/dp/B002VA4CDI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1379013996&sr=8-1&keywords=g3+ferrari), that pizza thread (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,3130.0.html) does me in every time.
One of these as I really like my big Victorinox knives
Victorinox Swiss Classic Santoku vegetable knife (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Victorinox-Classic-Santoku-vegetable-alveoli/dp/B0012MEVQO/ref=sr_1_1?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1379014680&sr=1-1&keywords=knife)
Non cooking
One of these if they ever get them out
Udoo quad core (http://www.udoo.org/)
This may be added to by the way. ;D

Nice picks. I like that board and was unaware of it!
I also been tempted (by StoneCut) into getting a G3 Ferrari pizza oven (modded). A santoku knife is also one on my list, but I would certainly consider picking one with a heavier handle, like the Wusthof (http://www.amazon.co.uk/W%C3%BCsthof-CLASSIC-IKON-Santoku-4176/dp/B000WW45NY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1379015802&sr=8-1&keywords=santoku)

Its a bit of a dilemma Goncarlo as i have a few Sabatiers but my 2 biggest knives are Victorinox and for me they are great. Buff up on the steel superb and cut through nearly everything I've tried them on. Decisions decisions.
As for the board i nearly bought the Raspberry Pi till I saw that one. It's hopefully going to form the backbone of the multimedia/ navigation computer of my new boat next year as a project. Fingers crossed

That sounds interesting! I got a raspbery pi model b for xmas last year, but only managed to turn it on about a month ago and is now my multimedia appliance for playing videos on the telly. It works wonders, although the software itself doesn't fly. It's a neat and cheap gadget to have around!
