Adraki Aloo for lunch.
Having a rest from rice and noodles, I turn to potatoes.
Apache, Jersey Royals, or any new potatoes are my best choice.
Parboiled 90% then tossed and finished off in a Hot Spicy Masala.
My Geordie version of Mumbai potatoes. ;)

That looks a treat Chewy. Nice one :)

That looks great Chewy. I love curried spuds probably even more than meat. There's been some great looking dishes appearing on here lately.

Looks very nice I have some left over spuds from last night that's my dinner sorted ;D
-
Excellent!
Did you par-boil tatties in the microwave like you suggested in an other thread?
-
Thanks for the kind words ;)
Yes UC, parboiled in the micro, while I create the Masala, half power @ 4mins.
Drained, mad hot and straight in the sauce to combine the dish.
