Thanks, this video is probably one of the most insight full ones I have ever watched, the whole idea of ly cooking the spices correctly seems to be key here.

This video and in particular, this shot will teach a lot of BIR newbies how to cook their spices properly. ;)

This is where the skill comes in I can see as alot like my self are scared of going that far for the fear of burning but this video is great and i will be more brave next time I cook and take what i seen on board great video and thanks.
