Off on holiday on Tuesday and can make one last curry before I go.
Any suggestions? I've tried (happy with some - some others need tweaking) pathia, chasni, garlic chilli, korma, dopiaza, madras, bhuna.
What could I try before I face FIR?
Nothing too hot as I have to cook for people of varying chilli tolerance.

Curryhells North Indian special is very nice and worth a try Garp, rich, spicy and slightly sweet!

Sounds good bud, I'll check it out :)

If you had the link, W, that would be really helpful :)

Thanks Phil,
The 1st link has an update on page 8 with an update on page 10. It says vindaloo strength but make it how your guests like it

Thanks guys - might give one of those a go.
I appreciate the response and will post the resulting pics - good or bad :)

I would also advocate for NIS - I have made it a good many times since I first posted my Tazified version of CH's NIS and it really is a top drawer curry. There's a good bit more preparation than normal but it's well worth it.

A few pics of when I made (and a chef made) curryhell's Elaichi NIS in a TA kitchen.

Top recipe garp. Well worth trying.
Rob :)
Second of Phil's links.

Hope it looks like that when I make it :-\

Just an update on the NIS. It was superb. The addition of the spicy onions was magical. Rich, sweet and spicy (though I didn't do vindaloo strength).
Thanks to all - straight into my top 5.
Sorry no pics but Mrs G was charging camera battery and I couldn't be added getting it.
Off on holiday tomorrow, by train. First embarkment at 07.20 sheesh!!
