Normally I prefer a curry with lots of sauce to soak up with bread but fancy a wee bhuna this weekend (only get the chance at weekends).

Can anyone recommend the ultimate bhuna recipe? (No commercial pastes please)

Well, it's only one teaspoonful ! You could always replace it with a blend of your own, although for one teaspoonful that's an awful lot of work ...
