Title: Zal Jhool
Post by: chewytikka on August 07, 2013, 01:33 PM
Zal Jhool for supper, with roasted new potatoes. Orgasmic.

The recipe will be available in my forthcoming Multi Media Extravaganza ;D

Lmao at Multi Media Extravaganza.

I'm currently in talks with a major Hollywood film company about a big-budget BIR movie deal

Chewy,

That food looks gorgeous. It made me rush down the stairs to make a vindaloo to feed my hunger after reading your post! What does Zal Jhool mean and what makes it a Zal Jhool?

Thanks for the kind words Guys :D
Zal Jhool if memory serves me right, was the original Naga curry back in the nineties.
It may well just be a Geordie curry, but its roots are supposed to be Bangladesh.
Zal Jhool, Zaal Jhul, Jal Jool etc
