Title: Methi Lamb Tikka

Pre-cooked lamb and chicken tikka made by a tandoori chef friend.  Brought home cold with mustard oil/kashmiri paste, ready for heating in the micro.  A method some (probably many) TAs use to prevent the tikka drying out.

Decided to use the lamb for a fresh methi curry.  Scraped off the paste first.

Looks very good indeed Bob. I've never had lamb tikka, maybe I should order this one tonight.
