It's a shame I only saw this now, as I have a pack of chicken that is going off tonight and I'd love to make some pakora out of it.

Wow can't wait to make this at the weekend.

Got my in law's coming round for a curry and the father in law has finally discovered that there are things that he can eat at the BIR near me rather than his usual 'English' section fare off the menu, i.e. omelette or steak and chips that he would normally have when we eat there !!

He has now advanced onto Pakora (as a main course) and Poppadoms. We may get him to try some Pilau Rice one day  :)
