I'm very new here, and found the website/forum as a recommendation from a local friend. I've always loved to make curries, but this is taking it to another dimension, and I have to admit I'm a bit lost! However, looking forward to getting to grips with lots of wonderful recipes, especially as I now have time on my hands having recently stopped working full time. ;D

Welcome Pilchards, and don't be afraid to launch yourself into BIR cooking. Hard learning curve to begin with but well worth it.
