Hello to everyone, ive just started making my own currys from bir base I once had an amazing curry called the hydrabadi which was extremely garlicky does anyone know of any recipes or what's the best form of garlic I tried minced jar, frozen and now garlic powder.

I'm also trying this tonight and really looking forward to it although it will be with plain chicken.
