Very nice. I think the garlic/chilli paste didn't quite work (for me) being added so late, and the flavours didn't get chance to develop. Not sure. Next time I might try adding it earlier. Love the taste of roasted garlic, so a few sliced cloves (and perhaps some chopped onion) also in at the start wouldn't go amiss. Got some shop bought chilli/garlic paste (Janu's) so will give that a whirl as well. Actually, not sure if I've ever had this dish from a TA/restaurant before, so I don't know what I am talking about.
