Post by: GreekCurry on April 25, 2013, 08:33 AM
Hi folks! As I am quite new in the curry scene I thought it a good idea to subscribe here. Although Greek, I find that the Indian cuisine suits me very very well. Anyways, see ya :)

Hey there. Just checking...stifado is usually with veal nowadays, but my dad's generation adored the rabbit stifado. Which one do you prefer? Furthermore, for the kleftiko I have heard versions that contain lamb, veal, pork, or even chicken. The most savoury, IMHO, should be the combination of veal and pork (50-50). Tell me which one(s) you prefer and I will get back to you.
