1st off Thank's for taking the time and effort in sharing your pictures with us ::)

Well presented and a Very nice colour and texture CTM looks to be spot on :o

The whole spices left in your rice is a nice touch I'm impressed Well Done.

Ashes - No, this wasn't from CC's recipe, it was made from my own (as was the Pilau Rice and Naan bread) 8)
