Looks delicious Rich and reminds me of a Kothu.
I used to buy a mutton kothu from the Sri Lankan places, Mutton, omelette, chapatis and lots of green chillies all chopped up and mixed together. Odd, but very tasty! ;D
Cheers, Frank. :)

Certainly a very good way of using up the left over breads. I now see the similarity to the dish Frank mentioned too. Neither of which are doing me any favours at the moment as it's lunch time and I haven't eaten yet. This is making me very hungry indeed!

Another delicious looking Photo Rich
How did you stop the dish from sliding off the table ;)

Looks yummy rich, not sure I can do this for breakfast though, reminds me of the days of going for a few slurps, buying a curry in a drunken stupor, leaving half and then eating cold leftovers for breakfast.
Mmmmmm, the good old days ;D
Bet there's a few who still do that on here :o

Not many things can wake you up quicker than spices first thing in the morning.
I quite often have a mouthful or two of the night before's cold curry when i'm waitin for the kettle to boil for my coffee of a morning. ;D
Definitely not straight from the fridge though! :o My kitchen is so cold its practically a walk-in larder and i call the microwave, my meat safe. :D
