I was shopping the other day and spotted this.

Well of course i bought some as i was after lamb mince anyway. I found it pretty good, no water came out when frying and it still had a bite to it, unlike other cheap mince.
But it was the word "mutton" that sold it for me.
I cant just walk into a shop or a butchers around here and come out with mutton. They have to order it in specially.
And i live in the heart of Wales!! ::)
