Brill site, have been looking ages for a site like this. Love the posts and threads already. First lot of base on the stove tonight. Just thinning it down but it looks and smells great for tomorrow. :P

Hi Chonk, Steve in Scotland, Rich, Axe in Spain stays mainly in the kitchen, Well there is sun at least once a day Goncalo.
Lets get proper food on the at home list.
I have some friends from the Philipines coming down after easter and look forward to putting some authentic stuff from them on line.
