wasn't specifically looking for bhuna's but came across this one for a tikka bhuna restaurant style "curry kit" (unlikely to be BIR based on the production) and thought I'd share.

I agree. Breast meat is over-rated for cooking. I used thighs in my trial of the pre-cooked Glasgow chicken. Now, breasts vs thighs in general - that's more difficult to decide upon! I could be persuaded either way.
