Hi all, ;) thinking of giving this a try this weekend. http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=772.0 Looks like a Darth/Ray Graham base. Any views??? Are the Green peppers chili or bell peppers??? what are the Green Split chillies (Birds eye Pickled)?? I chose this because of the pictures but I am open to suggestions. Only done the KD base before so I am eager to try some of the Bases on this site....... regards .... mike. ;D ;D

Hi Mike -

The green peppers would be bell peppers . As for the chilies , that would be a personal preference as to which ones and how much heat you can tolerates . :) I use serrano for mild dishes and scotch bonnet or habanero for the hotter recipes .

Thanks for the recipie it looks great, I have just joined & have found one of my favourite dishes already (lucky me ). Can't wait to try it out, Most probably on the wife for valentine's day. A big thanks to all for making this a MUST site for all curry lovers
