Here's tonight's Chicken Phal (on account of the fresh, minced, Trinidad Scoprpion chillies I included) :P

Can you tell me please how many fresh minced chillies you added and was that in addition to or instead of the usual chili powder and how was the flavour compared to without the fresh chili ?

Sorry Colin, had some frustrations with adding the photos :P
To answer your question, I (being "creative"!) added 3 tsp of chili powder AND about 1 tbsp of minced, fresh, Trinidad Scorpion chillies....'cos I wanted to knock me socks off! :P
