Hello!

I joined the forum a few weeks back in preparation for the day I got to use the new kitchen to make a curry for my wife. Sunday's the day, so I'm feverishly preparing for my first foray into curry making.  Glad to be here, looks like I've a lot of options to get this curry done.  :)

I'm looking to go with the Chicken Madras, using CA's base. But if my wife is in the mood for something milder, I may just go with the Chicken Tikka Masala. The recipes on the forum are awesome, and I'm just trying to take everything in.

Welcome 'nanes .. do try to photograph your new kitchen with some character enhancing turmeric stained splashbacks .. curries and new kitchens are not a match made in heaven but it's a lot of fun so enjoy it   :)
