Title: c2go base without pressure cooker

I am planning to make a batch of c2g  3litre base, but I don't have a pressure cooker. How can I work out the timings with a standard pot?

I didn't see the video yet, but will do now. I have the book, version 3 and version 4.xxx which Julian sent in an email a couple weeks ago. I will PM you. Thanks!
