Just wanted to say hello! I live in Thailand so I have no shortage of spicy but I do miss a good Indian curry as they can be very hard to find, cheers Mark

Welcome. Thailand is a very special place I got Engaged in Krabi.
Also done a few cooking courses in Samui.
