Love the site already, and love the photos of all the currys. Hoping to find out how to cook a nice one myself as I've failed when I've tried, love a good madras/vindaloo from the takeaway, but want to stat making my own which will work out cheaper in the long run and give me more satisfaction knowing I made it.

Hey SP youv'e probably found the best site on the net with some very passionate folks making some great dishes.
Hope you find your favourite amongst the many recipes on here.

Funnily enough Vindaloo was the first dish I cooked from this forum about a year ago and I've not looked back since ... I still remember that 'wow' feeling that I had produced it myself ... great !!
